THE MOST COMMON QUESTIONS

  • How can I order if I don't want to order online?
    Orders can be placed by sending us an email with your product SKU number.
  • How long from placing my order to collection?
    Most orders are dispatched within 1 day. The actual delivery time depends on the delivery address. Most orders are delivered within 2 - 5 business days.
  • Can items be returned?
    If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the product, you may return the order in it's original packaging. Please contact our service team via email or call within 5 days of delivery. Returns will only be accepted after written approval was received from our Customer Service team.
  • Do I receive a discount for purchasing bulk items?
    Discount will be calculated individually, per order, depending on your order size.
  • Is delivery free?
    Unfortunately, we do not offer free shipment unless otherwise stipulated in promotional material.
  • Which attire do we offer?
    Swimwear, plus-size clothing, boxing gear, women's clothing, kids clothing, men's clothing, sportswear, cosmetics and stationery.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
