FREE SHIPPING

We unfortunately do not offer free shipping unless otherwise stated in promotional material.

SHIPPING COST

Pudo is our preferred method of shipping due to lower cost to customer, fast delivery, they are reliable and effective.

 

Shipping fees are excluded from your purchase and a shipping fee will be added to the customer's invoice as per customer's instruction. However, custormers are free to use their own choice of shipping method or courier and are responsible for the fees charged by the courier before the shipment process starts.

 

Orders placed for Pudo Delivery, box to box delivery only, will be charged a fixed rate of R90 , which includes our handling fee. Pudo shipments to home addresses will be charged at R110 including our handling fees. It's the customer's responsibility to provide us with the preferred shipment method.

SHIPPING TIMINGS

Most orders are dispatched within 1 working day. The actual delivery time depends on the delivery address. Most orders are delivered in 2-5 business days.

 

DELIVERY TIMINGS

Once the order is dispatched, a confirmation email will be sent to you. In case, you do not receive any email, please check your spam box. If you do not receive an email after 2 business days of placing an order, please contact our customer service team at info@dreampulseza.com or call us on +27 72 274 8505.

Delivery takes a minimum of 2 business days in major cities and 5 business days in remote places of South Africa. Sometimes, delivery may take extra time subject to air transport delays.

At times, during peak season or unforeseen weather conditions, delivery times may be delayed.  

​

GUARANTEED DELIVERY

Most orders are delivered within 2 - 5 business days. In rare cases, there may be delay and if the order is not delivered within 21 business-days, we will reship the order or refund your order.

RETURN ORDER

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with the product, you can return the order. Please contact our customer service team through email or call within five days of delivery. Returns will only be accepted after the written approval by our customer service team. No returns will be accepted unless and until authorised by our team. Returns will only be accepted in their original packaging in a sealed condition.

Note: We will not be able to issue refund or reship the order if it is used or opened.

 

REFUND FOR AN ORDER

The refund will be made to the original mode of payment, once the returns team confirms that return has been received in acceptable condition. It will take a minimum of 3 to 5 business days to reflect on your card account.

Country* – extra surcharge may apply on orders for countryside/outlying areas.  

Major cities*- Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth, East London, Bloemfontein, Kimberley, George, Nelspruit, Polokwane, Pretoria, Johannesburg & Rustenburg.

 

Note: We request customers to provide accurate and complete delivery address to ensure faster delivery. We would not be able to issue a refund or reship for an order in case of wrong address provided.
